FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Customer Appreciation BBQ a Big SuccessSuccessful BBQ Two Years in a RowMay 25, 2006 -- For the second year in a row Pioneer Tool raised a big white tent in their parking lot, and hosted a customer appreciation BBQ to coincide with EASTEC. The event drew hundreds of our customers from all over New England over two days, May 23 & 24. Because of Pioneer's location in West Springfield, MA being a mile from EASTEC it's a great time of year to hold this event as most of our customers are in town for EASTEC. "This event is a great way to show how much we truly appreciate our customers," said Derek Upson of Pioneer Tool. Mr. Upson added, "They are more than just people who buy from us, they're partners and friends, and we like to let them know we really care about them on a personal level." The event offered guests the opportunity to tour Pioneer's facilities. Guests were also able to meet the Pioneer personnel they speak with on the phone face to face. Some for the first time. Meeting in person makes the relationship more personal, and more comfortable. There were also prizes awarded by registering to get a PIN code to vend a prize from an AutoCrib tool vending machine set-up in the tent. The prizes were donated by Pioneer Tool and many of their vendors. Some lucky winners got the big prize, weekend box seats at Fenway to see the Red Sox donated by Harvey Tool. All in all it was a very successful event that made Pioneer's relationship with their valued customers that much stronger. On Monday, May 22 Pioneer hosted their vendors to thank them for all they do to help make Pioneer and their customers successful throughout the year. For More Information Contact: ### |
