Pioneer Precision Grinding is our affiliated grind shop specializing in resharpening and reconditioning customers' tooling. Currently, we have 6 CNC machines and several manual machines that enable us to service almost all of our customers' regrinding needs. Where possible, we regrind all tooling to manufacturer specifications. In addition to regrinds, Pioneer can alter standard tooling to a customer’s blueprint, or we can manufacture blueprint specials carbide tooling from blanks. We are able to respond quickly to customer emergencies and will always provide a fair estimate of price and delivery. Our grind shop is located in West Springfield, MA 01089.
